What is Smazing App?
Smazing is a cool marketplace app that allows you to buy specially curated products in different categories like lifestyle, wellness, home improvement, health foods etc.. 

Smazing gets you the latest exciting deals offered by Business or Product Owners from all over the world. You can watch Ads of such Products and earn Loyalty Points called Smazing Loyalty Points. Such SLPs earning enables you to gain rewards, Cash-backs or discounts on Products offered on the App by registered Business Owners

How do I register?
Registering is extremely Simple! Just enter your Phone Number and verify it with a One Time Password (OTP). Enter your Name and Email to create an account.

What means "SLP"
SLP means Smazing Loyalty Points. You can earn SLP by watching promotion videos. Watching such content will enable you to earn discounts on Product Deals. All the SLPs are collected in My Rewards of the App. 

Such SLPs earning enables you to gain rewards, Cash-backs or discounts on Products offered on the App by registered Business Owners.

How many products or discounts are available on Smazing

All the Videos posted at the Discover Page are Product Deals on offer. Deals can be Regional or Global wherein Product Owners can ship you the products at your door step. 

Deals will be validity specific so get your hands on it as soon as possible! 

What is the Validity of the SLP?
The rewarded or earned SLP does not expire.  So once you watch the Featured Video, the SLP are credited to your account. You can use or redeem these SLP during the product purchase.

How can I use the Community?
The Community page enables you to communicate with other (Smazers). You can Chat, Audio or Video call any user.
Our Chat feature is very interactive with great options such as posting photos, videos, sharing location, documents, etc.
You can manually add Smazing users, although the App will populate the list based on the access of your Phone Contact Address Book. Also, you can extend Smazing invitations to your contacts and invite them to download and join you on the App.

Is Smazing linked to QNET?

Smazing is an independent D2C marketplace platform. Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd., the Indian entity associated with QNET, is one of the sellers that lists products on Smazing, in the same way as other registered sellers on the platform.



Is Smazing a direct-selling or MLM company?

No. Smazing operates as a D2C marketplace platform. Some individual sellers on the platform, including Vihaan, may operate under a direct-selling model for their own products. That business model belongs to the individual seller and is separate from Smazing's marketplace operations.



Is Smazing legitimate?

In India, Smazing is operated by BrilVoice India Private Limited under a licensed regional partnership with the global Smazing platform. It provides an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers, with transactions and invoicing facilitated through the Smazing system.



Where can I find Smazing reviews?

Smazing reviews are available on platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, where users can share their experiences with the Smazing app and marketplace. Since sellers are independently responsible for their listings and products, individual reviews may reflect experiences with specific sellers, products, and orders.



Who is responsible for delivery and refunds on Smazing?

Fulfilment, delivery, returns, and refunds are the responsibility of the individual seller, in accordance with the seller's applicable policies and terms. Smazing provides support and facilitates communication between buyers and sellers where required.
